New York knows those are necessary and very appreciated, Musk.
In addition to donating hundreds of ventilators, Elon Musk is also planning to reopen Tesla’s factory in Buffalo, NY as stated by Fox News. Aside from this, he plans to manufacture a modified version of a Medtronic ventilator. He plans to donate ventilators free of charge/shipping all over the world once produced.
As many know, ventilators are essential in fighting COVID-19. At this moment, New York anticipates a spike of cases and is afraid there will not be enough ventilators to help the people of New York. Big up to Musk for donating those over!
He also was able to donate protective equipment to medical facilities in California, as most know this is an essential part in treating patients as first responders are at risk daily.
